I forgot what i was gonna write originally because i got distracted with studying the time tag and datetime attribute. Reminder to write post content first.
I think i am both sensitive to caffeine (because i have it infrequently) and metabolize it slowly. As a result, chronic caffeine intake is not good for me as i reach a high steady state very quickly. Instead, i benefit best with moderate intake every once in a while (if im feelin it). I will get to enjoy the benefit while avoiding tolerance and the various deleterious effects. (As long as i dont take in enema-levels of caffeine again.)
